Siddarthan was very responsive right from the word go. We are a small start-up looking to source and supply eco friendly jute and cotton bags in Australia at affordable prices while ensuring the products are ethically sourced. Portus Exports were willing to go beyond their scope to provide samples and ensured they followed up diligently till the products were delivered. The quality is excellent and we look forward to doing business with them and expand their market overseas.
